Mode of Action
Ampelomyces quisqualis specifically parasitizes the powdery mildew fungus.
- It settles on the mildew’s hyphae and spores
- Penetrates and grows inside the pathogen
- Gradually weakens and suppresses the fungus
- Within about a week, it produces new spores that spread to control other powdery mildew infections
- This biological action helps reduce disease intensity naturally without chemical residues.
Dosage & Application:
- Foliar Spray: 5–10 ml per acre
- Application Interval: Apply every 7–10 days, depending on disease severity
