How can I place an order through KrishiMART?
Once you have selected the product, add this product to your cart and continue to shop on the website.
In the next step, hit the “Continue to checkout" button and login to your KrishiMART account. If you new to KrishiMART, please register your account.
Fill the complete delivery address along with your pin code. Now hit the “Continue to Payment Method" button and choose the payment mode.
After selcting the payment method, you are on the last step and click on "Place Order".
Why there is a difference in selling price of product on KrishiMART and local shops or other portals?
There is no comparison between KrishiMART and others, at KrishiMART we offering 100% genuine and high quality agri inputs at better prices delivered at your doorstep. There might or might not be any difference in the selling prices but we make sure that we are providing genuine high quality products through our platform.
How will my order be delivered?
All orders are shipped by sellers through courier services who deliver the packages to your doorsteps.
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
An email and SMS will be sent once you have successfully placed your order. We will also let you know as soon as the seller ships the item/s to you along with the tracking number/s for your shipment/s. You can track your orders from the "Order" section in your KrishiMART account.
What should I do if my order is approved but hasn't been shipped yet?
Sellers usually ship orders 1-2 business days. In case your order hasn't been shipped within this time please contact our Customer Support so that we can look into it.
I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do?
The courier service delivering your order usually tries to deliver on the next business day in case you miss a delivery.
Can I take the shipment after opening and checking the contents inside?
As per the policy, a shipment can't be opened before delivery, but you can accept the shipment and get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.
How to cancel the order that I have placed?
You can cancel the order, if the order hasn't been confirmed yet by the seller. Cancellation of item/s in an order happens immediately. Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
If I request for a return, when will I get refund?
If you choose to return the item for reason of mismatch of product or receipt of a defective or expired item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item or refund of full amount. Once your return is received and inspected by seller, we will refund your full amount. Refunds will be credited to the payment source used at the time of placing an order. The mode of refund in case of payment through 'Cash on Delivery' will be IMPS.
If I request for a replacement, when will I get it?
If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of product or receipt of a defective or expired item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. Once your return is received and inspected by seller, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and seller will dispatch the item on same day. However an exchange is subject to availability of the product in our stock. If exchange is not possible due to product stock we will refund the full amount.
Can items be returned/replaced after the time period mentioned in the seller’s Returns Policy?
No, sellers will not be able to accept returns/replacement after the time period mentioned in the returns and refund policy.
How to create a return/exchange request?
In normal conditions our Return and Exchange Policy offers no return or exchange of the goods once shipped or delivered.
If you choose to return/exchange the item for the reason of mismatch of product or receipt of a defective or expired item, you will be provided refund or replacement of the item, free of cost.
